Delivery - return - exchange

DELIVERY

Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of receiving your order. Packages are sent by Canada Post.

Delivery times are 3 to 9 working days.

Shipping costs are $10 in Quebec, $15 for the rest of Canada.

Delivery is free on all orders of $100 and more in Quebec, $150 and more for the rest of Canada.

RETURN / EXCHANGE

If you have any questions regarding a return or exchange, email us at teolia.info@gmail.com to obtain authorization and the steps to follow if necessary.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.

Téolia reserves the right to refuse a return or an exchange if the reasons are not valid.

Return costs are the customer's responsibility. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from it.

Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Exchange

We only replace an item if it is faulty or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at teolia.info@gmail.com. Please note that the natural movement of the wood is not considered a defect or breakage.

Note that for an exchange, there may be additional delays if the product is not in stock.
